reception was held at Quality Court. Miss Sandra Heier and Mrs. John Richmond served at the punch bowl while Mrs. Elvaldo Marchi and Miss Faye Feldhauser cut and served the wedding cake. Miss Kathy McPeak attended the guest book. Mr. and Mrs. Palmer will make their home in Richmond where both are employed.

Mrs. Charles B. Palmer, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Valdrighi of Richmond entertained the wedding party for a rehearsal dinner Friday night at Quality Court.

Mr*. Terry Receives Banking Certificate

Mrs. Eloise E. Terry of Hampton, Va. has completed the fall semester at the Virginia Peninsula Chapter, American Institute of Banking where she took a course in Supervision and Personnel Administration. This is the eleventh course she has completed at the Institute and has received the highest grade in three of them.

Mrs. Terry is the daughter of Mrs. Bertha Armel of Washington, Va. and is employed with Virginia National Bank, Northhampton Office in Hampton, Va. She has completed her basic certificate from the Banking Institute and is working toward a Standard Certificate.

The Virginia Peninsula Chapter is composed of 15 member banks many with branch offices. Mrs. Terry has acted a Chief Consul of this chapter of the past year and has been named chairman of the Public Relations Committee.
