New election districts have been mapped out by combining two districts into one making five districts with population equalized according to the following figures: Wakefield 1063; Piedmont 1046; Jackson 1015; Hampton 1010 and Stonewall 1065. By using Coast and Geodetic Survey benchmarks and natural geographic boundaries, such as streams, election district lines have been established with the aid of the county Planning Commission and some head counting.
