Mrs. Paul Poling reports their horse Rocky ridden by their daughter, Mrs. Richard Grahm of Bristow won three ribbons at ths Ruritan Horse Show held Saturday in Amissville; not bad for an old nag in retirement, eh? Mrs. Sarah Latham and daughter Susan were dinner guests Sunday evening of Mr. and Mrs. John D. Peck in Spotsylvania. Mrs. Latham’s mother, Mrs. C. C. Cockerill of Herndon was also a guest of the Pecks. Mrs. Latham was a visitor Friday evening of Miss Louise Anderson in Culpeper.
Saturday evening dinner guests of Mrs. Ethel Cooksey were the Rev. and Mrs. A. C. Walker of Culpeper.
Miss Landra Dennis of Richmond was a guest for the day Sunday of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Dennis and of L. H. Luttrell. Tuesday Mr. and Mrs. Dennis and Mr. Luttrell were in Winchester where they visited Miss Marie Luttrell and brother Hugh Luttrell.
