Mrs Bertie Lib Moffett accompanied Mrs. H. L. Miller of Luray and her sister Miss Elsie Turner of Norton to Winchester on Sunday where they visited Mr. Miller at the Shawnee Valley Nursing Home. They also visited Mrs Beulah Armentrout there. Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Turner were dinner guests of Mrs. Moffett at the Hy-Wy Restaurant in Front Royal.

Mrs. John Paulson of Newport News arrived Sunday and spent a few days with her mother, Mrs. W. C. Campbell at Twinland. Weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ashby Wayland were Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Wayland and sons Mike and Eddie of Manassas, Lester Wayland of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Wood of Reva. Joining them Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Wayland and children Greg and Tony of Sperryville. Mrs. Eben R. Duncan of Alexandria was the weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lee Smith at Spring House Farm. Mrs. W. G. Eastham and daughter, Marion were weekend guests of Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr. Mrs. L. J. Turner was her Sunday dinner guest. Mr. and Mrs. George E. Terry and children Wanda, Eddie and Billy and their guest Miss Linda Xeits, of Hampton, spent the weekend with Mrs. Bertha Armel and attended the Apple Blossom Festival Saturday in Winchester.
