D. C. Daugherty, T-A United Sign and Adv. Co. of Front Royal, Virginia has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-2-38 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia. The above named applicant desires to continue to maintain a highway rental sign located on the Wade Pullen property south of Flint Hill, Route 522, advertising Flint Hill Estates located in Wakefield Magisterial District. A hearing has been scheduled for 10 a.m. on May 18,1971, in the County Courthouse at Washington, Virginia.
The applicant and other interested parties wishing to be heard are requested to be present at that time.
