NOTICE
The Rappahannock County Democratic Committee adopted a resolution at its meeting on May II, 1971, providing for a County Mass Meeting to elect delegates to the Democratic State Convention which will be held at the Belle Meade Motel, Harrisonburg, Virginia on Saturday, May 29, 1971, at 2:00 o’clock p.m.
The Rappahannock County Democratic Mass Meeting will be held at the Rappahannock County Court House on Monday, May 24, 1971, at 8:00 o’clock p.m.
Rappahannock County has apportioned seven votes at the said Convention. The Committee agreed that seven delegates and seven alternates should be elected at the Mass Meeting. Any person wishing to be a delegate or alternate must signify his intention of being delegate or alternate by stating this in writing to Carson B. Johnson or E. M. Jones on or before May 21, 1971.
