section of Big Cedar Creek in Russell County. A modified fishfor-fun plan was enacted for sections of the Smith and Dan rivers. Anglers will be restricted to artificial lures with barbless hooks and may only creel trout 10 inches or more in length. The regulation will include some 8 miles on the two rivers not previously open to public angling.
A new season for Raccoon was approved for Rappahannock County. The season will open October 15 and extend through March 10.
