If you haven’t yet heard, the Spring gobbler season is still on. It will continue through this Saturday, May 15, 1971. An announcement last week in this paper that the season would not be extended was not the fault of the Rappahannock News. I gave the paper this information as a result of information received April 30. I did not get word of the extention until after last week’s paper was out.
