OVERDUE BOOKS
This is a special appeal to those who have taken books from the library and have not returned them on or after the due date. PLEASE BRING IN THOSE OVERDUE BOOKS! If you cannol come when the Library is open, you may use the outdoor large mail box provided for that purpose. For each week a book is overdue there is a fine of 10 cents (5 cents for most children’s books). This is much less than most libraries charge; usually the fine is 5 cents a day. It is unfair to other users to keep books off the shelves.
