Mrs. Marshall Corbin returned home Friday from Culpeper Memorial Hospital. Visitors Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Judd Weakley of Amissville and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Corbin of Manassas.
The Ann Dwyer Circle and the W.M.S. of Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church met with Mrs. Roy L. Reeve last Wednesday night. Mrs. Ira Hopkins of Culpeper, Shiloh W.M.U. Superintendent, and Mrs. Edward Armstrong of Jefferson, W.M.U. Inter-Racial, Chairman were guest speakers. Others present were Mrs. Carson Johnson, Mrs. Cletus Clarke, Mrs. W. H. Lyne, Mrs. J. B. Perkins and Mrs. Dennis Wingfield. Capt. and Mrs. Paul Thompson and daughter Ann Rodes of Fork Union were guests from Wednesday through Friday of Mr. and Mrs. Rodes Brown. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Zanetti of Springfield, Mass, were guests for several days this week of Mr. and Mrs. James Swindler and family. David Lyne of the University of Virginia arrived home last rhursday for a visit before the fall semester begins. Wednesday evening dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne were Mr. and Mrs. Cabel Powell of Arlington. Mrs. George Zahurskey has returned to Glenolden, Pa. after a* week’s visit with her brother-inlaw and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Atkins. Houseguests and dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Maury W. Brown last week included Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brown and children Jill, Jennifer, Kelly, Matt and Kasey of Oxford, Ohio, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Brown and children, Billy, Tracy and Lisa of Winston-Salem, N. C. and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Williams of Richmond. Mrs. Jean Konek and children, Robin, Joey and John of Richmond joined them Sunday for a lawn picnic. Callers Sunday afternoon were J. B.
