Honey bees serve a two-fold purpose in Rappahannock. They pollenate the apple and peach crop and then the honey is collected and packaged for sale. Fosters orchard at Flint Hill has just completed the task of removing the supers from the bee hives and processing the honey. Herbert Foster is assisted by Barbara Ramey as they unseal the combs.
