Mr. and Mrs. Hermit Weakley attended a Silver Wedding anniversary Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Timms at Lorton. Sunday afternoon guests of the Weakleys were Dr. 'and Mrs. Kenneth Dwyer and son Kirk and daughter Page of Lorton. Mrs. Charles C. Burke, ac:ompanied by her daughter-inlaw, Mrs. Ashton Burke of Warrenton, spent from Friday until Monday visiting friends in Red Bank, N. J. Overnight guests Tuesday of last week of Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax at Skyverge were Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Calvert of Washington, D. C. Saturday guests were Mr. and Mrs. Carroll Fairfax and Mrs. Edith Fairfax of Richmond. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Fairfax, jr. and daughter Kathy of Forestville, Md., Mr. and Mrs. Robert Canova and children Andrea and Edward of Roanoke, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Filipone and Mike Canova, all of Adelphi, Md. Andrea and Edward Canova are spending this week as guests of their grandparents at Skyverge.
