Oh the wonderful things we will do and see. Yes, ‘hey for boot and horse’ and ‘round the world away’, and if she is lucky we might come back to her, that is, after we have had our day. But, just before you are ready to take off, maybe you are silting out in the porch swing, a cool breeze is blowing and a strand of her hair blows across your face. What strange perfume, intoxicating, and those strands in some wonderful way seem to get tangled up in your heart strings, suddenly you realize that all the world is right where you are. A new cycle begins. There are stalwart sons and maybe a beautiful daughter. Then daughters-in-law, and glory of glories, grandchildren. And before you know it you are celebrating a Silver Anniversary. And who knows, maybe out there in the future somewhere a Golden awaits you. ‘Our times are in HIS hand Who saith, “A whole I planned.
