Charles Thomas of Sperryville, number one man on the Rappahannock Panthers cross country team placed second individual in a field of 100 runners Saturday at a track meet at V.P.I., Blacksburg. He received an award for his excellent performance. The R.C.H.S. team placed third in the meet.
