and dancing. A guest list is in the office so students may sign up their dates if they are not in school. The Annual Staff met Monday after school with Mr. Ellis of the Hunter Yearbook Company. The Staff discussed plans and layouts for the upcoming book. Mr. Kenyon, Game Warden, has been at school for the past week teaching the Hunter Safety Course sponsored by the National Rifle Association. This course is not required by Virginia though it is in some states. Statistics have proven that hunters taking the course have 1/ 4 fewer accidents than those not taking it.
It’s that time again for those great? Titchenell tests. Doomsday this six weeks was Wednesday!
While returning from the track meet Saturday Tom Taylor looked out over the mountain at Harrisonburg, saw all the lights and said “Look at all those fellas out coon hunting!”
