The Electoral Board of Rappahannock County have certified the returns from the November 2 general and special elections. No changes were noted in the over all positions though some figures varied slightly from the unofficial returns reported last week.
The contest of major concern of many on the local level was that for the seat of Supervisor in Hampton election district which was as first reported taken by Clarence Baldwin. As tabulated last week Clarence Baldwin took that by a 1 vote edge; 232 for Baldwin over 231 for incumbent Newbill Miller. H. B.
