Miss Virginia Yates Bradford of Bethesda, Md. spent the weekend with her parents Mr. and Mrs. M. R. Bradford, Jr. Guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. John Alexander were the. latter’:, parents Mr. and Mrs. John C. Alexander and son Mike and Richard Arlington, all of Oxon Hill, Md.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter J. Curtis were week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. T. E. Davenport in Charlottesville and attended the U. of Va. - V.P.I. football game on Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Miller were luncheon guests Saturday of Mrs. Miller’s mother Mrs. C. G. Reid at Washington.

Miss Jean Lillard of Greenbelt, Md. was a Saturday over-night guest of her parents Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard. Sunday visitors were Miss Judy Lillard of Greenbelt, Michael and David Lillard of Front Royal and Mrs. Thomas Lillard and daughter Christine of Castleton.

Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Spalding, jr. of Morristown, N. J. were week-end guests of Mrs. F. W. Spalding. Visitors on Sunday were Dr. and Mrs. Wayne Dennis of Doswell. Dr. and Mrs. R. B. Allen returned to their home Stone House Hollow Tuesday of last week from a trip to France, Portugal and Spain. On Saturday Mrs. Allen flew to Los Angeles to visit her daughter Mrs. Phoebe Liebig who is convalescing from surgery. Mrs. Edward E. Clark and sons Joel and Daniel were Sunday visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Van Caffi in Manassas. Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Palmore of Richmond spent from Friday until Tuesday with Mrs. Palmore’s brother-in-law and sister Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning. The Brownings and guests spent Monday in Charlottesville visiting John B. Browning and Dr. Edgar K. Browning.
