MEMBERS of Rappahannock Feeder Calf Association have tentatively agreed to dispense with their annual calf sale and become associated with and join the Culpeper association at Culpeper Enterprises. This action was taken during the annual banquet of the group held Friday.
Newbill Miller, the local association’s president, chaired the dinner and business meeting which convened at Hampton Inn.
James Yates, presently residing in Front Royal, was absent due to illness. But he was recognized for' his leadership and service to the organization during the past 32 years. An appropriate token of appreciation from the producers will be presented Yates at a later date.
