Carrie Smedley
Mrs. Carrie Smedley of Front Royal died March 20, 1972 at Warren Memorial Hospital. She was 79 and the widow of Ernest Lynwood Smedley. She was a native of Rappahannock, the daughter of the late William and Liza McAllister Corbin.
Survivors include three sons, Lynwood, Hubert and Ernest, all of Front Royal; ten grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Smedley was buried at Panorama Memorial Gardens March 23, following services conducted by the Rev. David Burrough at the Maddox Funeral Home. □
