It appears to me that the news story in your edition of 9 November , 1972 headlined “Supervisors Decide Plats Are Not Their Concern” should be commented on constructively.
Being conversant with the present Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, it must be admitted that when a private citizen plans to erect on his own property a single family residence for the purpose of private rental and if the Health Department of the County approves the water supply and sewage disposal arrangements, then it is of no particular concern of the Supervisors.
