Stir together dry ingredients. Combine milk, egg and oil. Stir in preserves; add all at once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
