Race and horn contest
THE ANNUAL FOX DRAG RACE and Horn Blowing contest sponsored by the Madison Wildlife Association is scheduled for Saturday, November 25, at the Lawton Blankenbaker farm on the Hoover Road near Haywood.
The race will begin at 10 a.m.; however, dogs should be on hand for numbering by 9 a.m. The contest is open to all dogs, both in and out of county, with the usual nominal membership and entry fees. All dogs should be on leashes for safety purposes. Length of the course will be approximately two miles and location is such that there is good vision for most
