APPOINTED last week as the three members to represent Rappahannock County on the Community Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services Board of Planning District Nine were Mrs. James F. Massie, Amissville; H.B. Wood Jr., Woodville; and the Rev. William M. Hargett, Washington, who is the chairman of the Rappahannock Mental Health Association.
The members were appointed for terms of three, two and one years respectively. J. Newbill Miller, acting in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, named the local members as provided for in the resolution adopted by the Board at its November meeting.
