SATURDAY AFTERNOON, Trooper Buntin investigated a collision on Route Zll west of Sperryville, where two vehicles crashed head-on.
Sam Richard Hall of Arlington driving a 1966 Plymouth was struck by Bobby Ray Knight of Alexandria when Knight skidded into the third traffic lane and struck Hall; Knight was taken to Page Memorial Hospital and treated for a broken jaw then transferred to Alexandria Hospital.
Damage to the Buick was estimated at $500 and at $1400 to the Plymouth. Knight was charged with failing to drive to the right of the road. □
