Barns

I am told that I don’t know a barn from a packing house, and perhaps that is so. The structure pictured last week has been identified as the packing house formerly used by Woods Orchards and is located bn Route 522 south of Sperryville. It is now owned by William Lane, and apparently used as a barn. Mrs. Helen Cave of Woodville correctly named the barn and will receive a year’s subscription to the Rappahannock News free. Others who correctly identified the barn were Mrs. Rosie Clatterbuck, Clifton Clark and Jean Dodson.
