I have read the remarks of Mr. Harris and Mrs. Ruffner on the odiferous FMC in Front Royal and I am afraid I must side with Mr. Harris
Living in Front Royal has improved since FMC raised the stack. The same result was obtained in Chillicothe, Ohio, when the paper inill raised its stack—now the downwind farmers complain.
