Pursant to the terms and provisions of a Deed of Trust dated March 27, 1968 and recorded March 28, 1969 in Deed Book 91,. Page 110 among the land records of Rappahannock County, Virginia, Witold Kuncewicz and Dorothy Kuncewicz, his wife, also known of record as Dorothy A. Kuncewicz and Dorothy L. Cuncewicz, conveyed the herinafter described property to Harold H. Garber, Jr. and Thomas J. Middleton, Trustees to secure the payment of certain indebtedness, and default having been made in the payment of said indebtedness, the undersigned Acting Trustees will, at the request of the holder of said notes and other evidences of debt, and pursuant to the terms of said Deed of Trust dated May 20,1971 between Witold Kuncewicz and Dorothy A. Kuncewicz, his wife, Grantors and William G. Downey, Jr. and Oscar W.
