Cleverly, widow, in that certain Deed of Exchange dated November 6, 1967 and recorded in Deed Book 90 at Page 334 of the land records of said County, and containing 0.837 acres, more or less; And being a portion of the herein above described parcel containing 178.5 acres of land.
