The reception followed the ceremony in the banquet room of the Quality Inn, Front Royal. Mrs. Robert Biggs, 3r. served the wedding cake. Presiding at the punch bowls were Mrs. Richard E. Bukva and Mrs. Edwin Kent Henry, friends of the bride. Mrs. Linda Hazelette was in charge of the guest book.
For traveling, Mrs. Hawkins chose a short sleeved pantsuit of multicolor checked polyester with yellow accessories and a corsage of yellow roses.
THE COUPLE will reside at 1095 North Royal Avenue, Apartment 7, in Front Royal where both are teachers as 15th Strat Elementary School.
Prenuptial parties included a miscellaneous shower given by the teachers at the school; a miscellaneous shower given by Mrs. Paul Miller, Flint Hill and a miscellaneous shower given by Mrs. Floyd Brown of Front Royal. The rehearsal dinner was given by the bridegroom’s parents at the Hy-Wy Restaurant. □
