“TRACT NO. 4: All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 50.87 or 50.75 acres, more or less, as described in Deed Book 33, page 237, and Deed Book 40, at page 168, of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid Known as the Roads Land Cleared” and formerly owned by John N. Rowzie, SAVE AND EXCEPT, the following conveyances off said tract of land: (1) 19.46 acres to Elzie L. Weakley, et ux, by deed dated August 6, 1963, and recorded in Deed Book 79, pages 699-700 of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid; and (2) 10.00 acres to Jessie L. Walt by deed dated September 23, 1969, and recorded in Deed Book 95, pages 606607 of the Clerk’s Office aforesaid. Also conveyed under this trust are all rights of way set forth and described in that certain deed from John S. Armstrong, et ux, to the grantors dated November 28, 1970, and recorded in Deed Book 99, page 26, of the Clerk’s Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, and also those certain rights of way and rights in spring and reservoir, together with lakes as set forth in deed from Peter H. Kramer, et ux to Robert G. Leibold, et ux, dated July 10, 1973 and recorded in Deed Book 107, at page 682. • That the rights of way herein granted shall not be exclusive but are subject to the rights of others to use the same.
