Snoopy in his World War helmet atop his dog house will be seen tonight, Thursday as the play “You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown” opens at the Rappahannock County Elementary School for a three night run. Jeff Foster is Snoopy and curtain time is 7:30 p.m. The play will be presented again Friday and Saturday nights.
