“HISTORY and its Preservation” is the theme of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection’s quarterly program meeting set for 8 p.m., Friday, December 6, at the Washington, Va. Courthouse.
Featured speaker will be Rae H. Ely, director of public relations for Historic Green Springs, Inc., Louisa County. She was named 1974 “Newsmaker of the Year” by the Virginia Press Women’s Association and 1974 “Citizen of the Year” by the Charlottesville Daily Progress.
