Chief Park Ranger Charles B. Sigler of Shenandoah National Park inspects three vehicles recently impounded as a result of Park hunting violations. Park Rangers are authorized to seize vehicles and firearms used for illegal hunting in national parks. If the persons involved are found guilty at a subsequent court hearing,, the property will be confiscated by the U.S. Magistrate. Sigler, a recent graduate of the FBI National Academy, noted that hunting and the use of firearms is prohibited in Shenandoah National Park and the Park also enforces the State of Virginia spotlighting laws. _
