Charles H. Robson Jr. has been named district materials engineer for Culpeper District of the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation. He succeeds the late A.W. Furgiuele, who died in late November after more than 28 years of service with the department. , _. Robson, 39, a native of Rixeyville, has been an engineer in the district’s materials section.
