The object of the above styled suit U to acquire by condemnation for highway pur -

poses fee simple title to a certain strip or parcel of land in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, from the foregoing named defendants, said i«~i being described in detail in the petition filed by the State Highway Commitiloner in the above entitled cause> to npply for the appointment of commissioners by the Court on the 26th day of November, 1974, to ascertain what will he a just compensation for the land taken and damages, if any, which may accrue to the residue beyond the enhancement in value, if any, to such residue by reason of the taking; and It appearing by affidavit filed according to law that there are persons whose names are unknown or persons horn or yet to bo born who have or may have interests and rights in the subject matter ef this cause, and that there are persons who are not residents of the State of Virginia in this cause; WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED that publication bo had against the aforementioned non-residents and unknown parties, who are required to appear within ten (10) days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their rights and interests.

And it is further ORDERED that a copy of this order he published once s week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, and a copy bo posted at the front door of the Rappahannock County Circuit Courthouse within ten (10) days after the entry of fids Order.
