RAPPAHANNOCK’S Commonwealth’s Attorney George H. Davis Jr. says he will ask the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Judge to dismiss murder charges against 16-year-old Randy Clark of Flint Hill. The youth was taken into custody Sunday night at his home after he confessed to the shooting of Joseph Lynn Corron, 36, of Front Royal. Corron was the stepfather of Randy Clark.
