Maury W. Brown, Jr. has been appointed to the position of city manager of Bridgeport, Tx., a city of approximately 4,000. He is the son of Mrs. M.W. Brown of Sperryville, and has recently retired as Chief Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force in Boyd, Tx.
He is married to the former Marilyn Fairbetter of Fort Worth and they have two children, Susan and Michael, both living in Colorado Springs, Colo.D
