Mr. and Mrs. Charles Henry Sisk and daughters, Sandra and Charlotte, arrived last week after a two year tour of duty at the American Embassy in Kaduna, Nigeria, Africa. Mr. Sisk has been apponted second secretary to the Embassy in Stockholm, Sweden for duty for three years.
