The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held in Richmond. Virginia, on March 14, 1975. ordered the following proposed changes in its regulations pursuant to Sections 29-126 and 29127 of the Code of Virginia. A public hearing for this purpose of adopting such changes will be held at 4010 West Broad Street, Richmond, Virginia at 9:30 a.m.. May 2, 1975.
HUNTING DEER
To permit a bag limit of one deer a day, two a license year, either sex on the last six hunting days only, in the counties of Albemarle, Amelia (except on Amelia Wildlife Management Area), Brunswick (except on Fort Pickett), Buckingham (except on Buckingham-Appomattox State Forest and Horsepen Lake Wildlife Management Area), Caroline (except Fort A. P. Hill), Charles City, Chesterfield (except on Pocahontas State Forest and Park and Presquile National Wildlife Refuge), Cumberland (except Cumberland State Forest), Dinwiddie (except on Fort Pickett), Essex, Fluvanna (except on Hardware River Wildlife Management Area), Gloucester, Goochland, Greensville, Hanover, Henrico, Isle of Wight, James City, King & Queen, King George, King William, Lancaster, Louisa, Middlesex, New Kent, Northumberland, Nottoway (except on Fort Pickett), Powhatan (except on Powhatan Wildlife Management Area), Prince George, Richmond, Westmoreland, York (except on Military areas), and in the Cities of Hampton (except Langley Air Force Base), Newport News (except Ft. Eustis) and Suffolk and on the U.S. Marine Corps Base, Quantico.
TRAPPING
To permit trapping beaver on or within 25 feet of a beaver lodge or dam east of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
