Amissville Rescue Squad took Preston Moore from the I.L. Parrish farm to Culpeper Memorial Hospital on April 11.
Amissville Fire Company responded to a field fire on Route 229 at the Crop property on April 12 and the same day were called to a house fire on Route 621. The house was vacant. Culpeper also responded to this alarm. April 14 Amissville responded to an alarm to a field and woods fire on the property of William Printz at Viewtown, but this was controlled burning and service was not needed.□
