hannock’s school system will no longer be administered jointly with Warren County; a “modular” classroom is needed at the high school, and soon Rappahannock will have to funds its share of an addition to the Piedmont Vocational School in Culpeper.
SCHOOL BOARD members nodded in agreement as Kilby said it was hard to establish an order of priorities because “they’re all important.”

In other business, O.A. Norton reported that Rappahannock’s use of the Piedmont Vocation School is increasing. Twenty-five juniors now attending want to return and 35 tenth graders have applied for space on the first year program, he said.
School board members approved senior Molly Dennis’s request for permission for a senior class trip. The class wants to visit Gettysburg and the Amish country of Pennsylvannia during the weekend of May 23 and 24. It looks as though 32 of the 68 seniors will go, Molly Dennis said,
