Mrs. Hitt
Mrs. Janie Ina Hitt, 56, of Culpeper died April 11, 1975 in Culpeper Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Madison County, the daughter of the late Waymond Dodson and Eunice Ethel Woodard Dodson. Mrs. Hitt lived much of her life in Rappahannock County. She was a member of the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church.
A funeral service conducted by the Rev. Archie Clatterbuck was held Sunday from the Clore Funeral Home, Culpeper and burial was in Fairview Cemetery there.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur H. Hitt of Culpeper; three sons, Arthur H. Hitt Jr., James M. Hitt and Gene A. Hitt, all of Culpeper; four daughters, Mrs. Linda Lanier of Lignum, Mrs. Jane Burney of Arlington, Mrs. Judy Green of Culpeper and Mrs. Tacy Kuczkowski of Quantico; and four grandchildren.
