PUBLIC hearings on the commission of Outdoor Recreation’s proposed State Scenic River designations of the Rappahannock and Rapidan Rivers and Goose Creek will be held next week.
During the week of October 6, two hearings will be held each night across the state. Beginning at 7:30 p.m., hearings will be held at George Mason University in Fairfax, and at Maury Elementary School in Fredericksburg on Monday, October 6; Loudoun County High School and Culpeper County High School on October 7; Harrisonburg High School and the Highway Department Auditorium in Richmond on October 8: and
