I saw no ^ such justice in stern punishment in prison in the cases cited above and a light civil fine for the Virginia Electric Power Company whose officials were found guilty of making twelve material false statements about the geologic fault under its nuclear power plant at Louisa, Virginia—which might some day endanger a great many lives. 2. Mr. Baumgardner in his third paragraph said he takes exception to an “implication” that State Senator George Aldhizer II, up for re election this year, “is somehow guilty of a conflict of interest because his law firm represents Vepco.” He went on: “I think it noteworthy that, in the example cited by Mr. Harris, Senator Aldhizer voted against Vepco.”
