plans meeting

Directors of the Madison County Wildlife Association have announced March 27 as the date for their annual banquet and presentation of trophies to winners of the three fall racing events, Beagle Trials, Bird Dog Trials, and the Fox Drag Race and Horn Blowing Contest.

A total of 200 tickets are available now for the roast beef dinner complete with homemade desserts to be served by Madison County Jaycees and their ladies at 7 p.m., at Madison County High School. Reservations must be in advance and tickets may be acquired from the following officers and directors of the Wildlife Association:

Mrs. Helen Berry and Mrs. Virginia Wynham will provide entertainment for the dinner-awards program.

There will be a movie showing also, “Why We Hunt.”
