Last Saturday as I delivered my bundle of newspapers and crushed cardboard boxes to the Re-cycling Center in Washington, Va., I couldn’t help thinking how nice it would be if everyone in the county would bring their reuseable paper, cans and bottles to the trailer behind Merrill’s garage.
