A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS: The American Cancer Society and its Rappahannock Chapter thereof begins this Bicentennial year in April with a crusade for funds to assist in the eradication of this dread disease, and WHEREAS: The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County has, by Resolution, declared April as Cancer Month, and WHEREAS: The Rappahannock County Chapter has scheduled a free skin cancer examination clinic on March 20 in Washington, Virginia, to assist County citizens, NOW THEREFORE: All county citizens are urged to avail themselves of the free skin cancer examination clinic for all men, women and children of the County and to support the Crusade to the best of their ability. * W BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY ; v By E.
