The Rappahannock Lions Club has launched a drive to collect usable sickroom and convalescent supplies. Items collected will be stored in centrally located areas and loaned to persons needing them through the Rappahannock Clinic or a Lions Club custodian.
The Lions’ goal is “to help make the ill or the convalescent person more independent, and at the same time save him or her from having to buy expensive items which might be needed for only a short time.”
