An advanced Environmental Education workshop for elementary teachers from the surrounding eight-county area will be held in Shenandoah National Park in September.
According to Superintendent Robert R. Jacobsen, the workshop is part of the continuing program whereby the natural, cultural, and environmental resources in Shenandoah National Park may be used by teachers and students in their study of all subjects taught in the school system.
