Chairman Luke reported on a letter he received from the state Department of Taxation advising the Supervisors on a scheduled property reassessment in Rappahannock. The letter stated that there is a possibility that the county will not be required to conduct another reassessment until 1981, rather than 1978. Luke said the Supervisors will look into this development at their October meeting, after Commonwealth’s Attorney George Davis has had time to examine more closely the Virginia Code and pertinent amendments. □
